Terms of Service
Last updated: May 31, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Gommanager (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Gommanager is
Gommanager is operations software for “group order managers” (GOMs) who organize group buys. It helps you collect and track orders, manage participants, allocate items, split shipping, and publish private status pages. Gommanager is a software-as-a-service tool only.
Gommanager is not a payment processor, marketplace, escrow, or financial service. We never collect, hold, transfer, or disburse money between you and the participants in your group orders. You collect any participant payments yourself, through your own external methods, and you are solely responsible for those transactions, for fulfilment, and for any disputes arising from them.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
3. Credits and purchases
The Service is sold as prepaid digital credits. One credit unlocks running one group order. Credits are a license to use software features and have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not a deposit or stored-value instrument. Pricing is shown on our pricing page. Purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited, who handles billing, tax, and receipts. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no infringing or harmful content, no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, and no using Gommanager to organize the sale of prohibited or illegal goods. You are responsible for the legality of the group orders you run and for any data you upload about participants.
5. Your content and participant data
You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. You confirm you have the right to upload participant information and that you handle it in line with applicable law. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features over time. We aim for reliable service but provide it “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gommanager is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses relating to group orders, participant payments, fulfilment, or disputes between you and your participants. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the three months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Unused credits may be forfeited on termination for cause.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
