This Privacy Policy explains how Gommanager (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our software.

1. Data we collect

Account data: your email address and authentication details.
Usage data: log and device information generated when you use the Service.
Group-order data you upload: as a manager, you may upload information about your participants (such as names, contact handles, order quantities, and addresses). You are the controller of that data; we process it on your behalf to provide the Service.
Billing data: when you buy credits, our Merchant of Record (Paddle) collects and processes payment details. We do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use data

To provide and secure the Service, process credit purchases, send transactional emails (such as sign-in links and receipts), prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

3. Processors we use

We share data with service providers only as needed to run the Service: Paddle.com Market Limited (payments and tax, as Merchant of Record), Resend (transactional email), and our hosting and database providers. These providers process data under their own terms and applicable data protection law.

4. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You can delete group-order data from your account, and you can ask us to delete your account data.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@toolu.dev. Participants whose data was uploaded by a manager should contact that manager (the data controller); we will assist where required.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

8. Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
